fluffy sale!

i have spent the past week up in deer isle painting the pleasant view hotel! it's been pretty nice painting and watching the tide go in and out. sometimes it is nice using your body to do basic things. sometimes it is not! but in this case it was.

fluffy, our cat, is going to be one year old this weekend! to commemorate this (more like an excuse to have a sale), you can get 20% off anything in the salty kiss shop until the end of the end of columbus day weekend (that monday)! just type in the code FLUFFY01 when you check out and the computer will do the math for you.

new store.

i set up a new shop. etsy has been driving me nuts lately. i think it's a great idea but it's a little too community based for me and it bugs me how you need an account to buy anything..
anyway, i am still going to use etsy but for one of a kind kind art, like if i ever start doing paintings or weird things like that. maybe.
anyway, check out my new shop! i am still doing a bit of housekeeping but it's more or less done. feel free to buy stuff too! all the new cards and prints and posters are up!
shop.saltykisses.com.
i'm going to have a little sale going on as soon as the regular salty kiss press site is done!

under constructions..

i have moved the address of this blog in hopes of constructing a more official website for the salty kiss press website. my long term goal with salty kiss press was to create a kind of brand to create stationary, books, and other printed things under, and to distinguish this work as my own work, and not work i do for other people. as this blog gets longer and longer, and a bit more chaotic and chaotic, i decided to make it its own entity because i kind of post about everything new... so stay tuned for some changes!

thanks to everyone who trudged out in the rain to come to PICNIC on saturday and to SPACE last friday, it was a lot of fun. i am also in the process of setting up a new shop, so i have stuff on etsy right now but i am trying to just set up a shop separate from etsy.

above is the last postcard i made before picnic, of candy holidae on the phone!
